All of our models can be modified to suit your individual needs. The addition of extra garage space, RV garages, room extensions, deck extensions and custom kitchens are common modifications. All of our models have been recently redesigned, enlarged and now include a much more extensive standard feature set.

If financing is needed, it must be arranged by the property owner. Permanent financing can be obtained from any lender. Since Builders must go through a qualification process with lenders for construction financing, construction financing can only be obtained thru either National Bank of Arizona, US Bank or Washington Federal.
